Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:

Acting as a mediator between employees and management, addressing workplace issues and promoting a positive work environment.
Addressing Employee Relation issues and resolving conflicts.
Grievance Handling & follow up the disciplinary action. 

Policy Development and Implementation:

Implement and manage company policies & procedures.
Assist in the creation of new policies as needed, that promote a fair, inclusive and productive work environment.

Compliance & labor Law:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain company policies and provide effective environment to the employees on workplace and also implement the company's policies and procedures.
Responsible to manage compliance related social audits or visit as per auditor’s requirements etc.
Conduct employee training & orientation program, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Compensation and Benefits:

Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, group insurance and retirement plans.
Prepare employee social security health cards.
Handle payroll benefit programs as per company policies. (Like Mobile, Fuel & Meal Allowance)
Prepared bonuses, allowances, leave encashment and Gusted overtime reports.

Performance Management:

Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and provide guidance on career development, feedback and goal setting.
Managing Training & Development programs to support employee growth.

Administrative Works

Responsible to maintain all administrative related documentation.
Monitor Vehicle Log Books, Vehicle Maintenance Books and prepared monthly fuel consumption, vehicle average & Comparison Summary.
Monitor House Keeping, Civil, Mali, Welder's work and Assign duties to Sanitation & Admin Supervisor to ensure better performance.
To manage the compliance audit, events, arranging meeting rooms, refreshment & visits of all kinds with help of higher management. Responsible to manage Petty Cash, Local Purchases and all other administrative issues to ensure for efficient work.
To Manage accommodation and messesfor employees and visitors.
Responsible to control transportation of company.
Collaboration with the external & internal departments for smooth working.
